What we collect
MentorMe AI stores only the data needed to provide personalised coaching: your profile details (role, industry, experience, goals), intake session answers, AI conversation messages, and your action plan items. We also store authentication data via Google OAuth (name, email, profile image) so you can sign in.
How it's used
Your data is used exclusively to personalise your coaching experience — generating plans, tracking progress, and providing tools like scripts and templates. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
What to avoid
Avoid entering sensitive personal data (medical conditions, legal matters, government IDs, or financial account details) into any chat or text field. MentorMe AI is a coaching and productivity tool, not a legal, medical, or financial service.
Your rights
You can export a full copy of your data or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Profile page. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Data storage
Data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Replit's infrastructure. Connections are encrypted in transit using TLS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, but no system is completely immune to security risks.
Third-party services
We use Google OAuth for authentication, OpenAI for AI-generated coaching responses, and PayPal for billing. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary with each provider.
